It's stuff like this that would actually need black_and_white; there's no grey in it at all.

I realise that. However, "greyscale" is a far more accurate description of what is usually described as black and white, and there /is/ a subset of art that works only with black and white. The removal of intermediate values from one's palette effects a significant change in how one composes and executes the piece.

If you're speaking specifically about tags on Danbooru, there isn't a black_and_white tag at all.
