At first I thought this was going to have been a reply to the pool #1611 for sure, but it's not. It's from another similar set tagged 東方民族祭 on pixiv. I think some of the others are here on danbooru too - we should pool them, if they aren't already.
Anyway: Does this really need the Vietnam (Hetalia) tag, though? It's just a Vietnamese dress, not specifically Vietnam's.

Really? I kinda prefer the Chinese cheongsam. It's probably because I've seen to many family members in an ao dai. Makes me associate any vaguely Asian woman with my family. >w>
