What about the dragons near them? Unless they are wolves-youkai, but I really think they are dragons

To me it looks like Youmu sensed the imminent destruction of the mansion (has that "I sense thing" by her head).

The pair coming up the stairs are definitely werewolves.

Looking closely to the dropped toy,there is a line-trajectory linked to the dropped toy indicating that she almost "had he winning spot" but ,having being distracted by Flandre's distant outburst,her aim was a bit off resulting in the "claw-cathcer toy be uncatched for that tiny bit of off-aim" ;around the distracted Youmu Sanae is going like "Nooo,sooo close!" while Reisen like "(Laughing) such a funny and enjoyablesituation amomg friends!".
