Not really. Repentia are just zealot melee fighters. Blood Angels are blood themed zealot melee fighters with artificial and supernatural berzerker rage, not to mention also space marines. There is actually an entire audio drama about a World Eater talking to a Flesh Tearer about how the BA are more Khornate than even the WE are
