I find it a bit unusual that Sana didn't hold off graduation until the end of August. Between Mumei's birthday and Council anniversary you'd think she'd want to be there for at least these events before she left.

In a way, it would be awkward for everyone involved knowing that she'll still be gone after.
She had recorded a bid for Mumei's birthday. If Sana has something else conveyed in private to the others, at this point that's just for them and not us.
