All of that can be fit in the backpack except for the things she carries on self during a full deployment, that means BP, rifle, sidearm, canteen, grenades, spare mags, shovel, mask+NBC protection, gloves, first-aid kit, smoke and helmet. She's actually missing quite a few things for a full field load, for example a sleeping bag, spare pair of boots, spare field uniform, NBC antidotes and morphine, compact weapon cleaning kit, field cap, face camo, stove, rope, flare(s), lightsticks and aquasteril. Furthermore, lots of her stuff is redundant and even nonsencial - regular troops don't carry a radio or a suppressor (that also requires subsonic ammo), eggplant is heavy and innutritious, pocky are fragile and take up a lot of space, etc.
