Dunno about the Romani, but the Kanji name of this game is "恘柭嶶傜偡"

I have a large collection of assorted things and I was going through it and found this.I have no idea where it came from or anything so any info would be appreciated.

I'm still rather interested in where this originated from

It's from Hanachirasu, which just got a translation patch BTW

It's actually 刃鳴散らす lol. Is that the mainland Chinese translation or something? Incidentally, 刃鳴散らす(blade cry scatters) is a pun for 花散らす(scattering flowers).
