The ones in the middle shouldn't be affected, the energy is supposed to just pass through their buckets not move them around. Being stationary, they shouldn't get dizzy.

I'd agree if you were conformed to the walls of the clackers. As it is though, I'd expect the energy to transfer through the rim of the buckets, and not so much through the occupant itself.
