I´d say Kuroko´s text is something like "OMG OMG OMG my very own Onee-sama i´m going to hug you, kiss you, rape you, rape you, lick you, rape you..." And some Kyaaa after Misaka´s line

Hmm, on closer inspection, it seems Kuroko got an upgraded, refurbished MISAKA.

As far as the number on the box goes:
20001 Misaka Imoutos total including Last Order
- 10031 Imoutos killed by Accelerator (He never kill serial number 10032)
- Serial number 10032 because she is just for Kamijou Touma
- Last Order because she is Accelerator's (even though he doesn't deserve her >:| )
= 9968 Misaka Imoutos for the rest of us :3
