An artist's typo would be the easiest explanation... But I'd like to believe there's a dramatic approach to it, like:

Luka has fallen in battle, so Miku carries her number on her arm as a memento. And now she's on a crusade to eradicate those responsible for it.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a MH3 reference.
