It's been a recurring thing since this image.

I think the gag is just cirno, in a very cirno way, would eat Spaghetti like a complete grot and get herself super messy.

Just look at the Cirno Spaghetti search, there's like a page's worth of images there.

And it usually involves a Fumo doll. I think this has something to do with the smartphone game, Touhou: Lost Word, which used a Cirno Fumo in their community update videos or something like that.

I mean, cirno's fumo plus cirno herself are popular alot, mostly in cirno fanart atleast a cirno fumo is in it due to popularity
