That's not his bluffing face. His face is just stuck like that.

Minato is distracting himself with his headphones, Souji's trying to indimidate/pysch out the other players, Hamuko's pokerface is a smile and Igor... well, his face really did stick that way.

In any case, I bet Card Night at the Velvet Room is a lot of fun =)
