Another artist who draws Chen saying 'Ukyapaaa~'...

I thought only choborau nyopomi used 'Ukyapaa~' with Chen, for example the post #555783 .

Could somebody check up on this phenomena, if there is a certain joke / meme that Chen always says 'Ukyapaaa~'?
