That Keine is offering Mokou these options at all leads me to believe a good end is in store. There are a number of possible plot twists to reach it, though. I'm excited to see what Mitsumoto thinks up next, I'm glad he's taking his time.

Am I the only one thinking Keine is going to change history and remove Mokou's feelings for Mystia? I mean, there were other ways to figure out Mystia's feelings that didn't involve emotionally crippling her.

A few months back(pool #778) I would be of the same belief but I have seen some of the things that touhou works have done, the turn around for good or bad or just sheer randomness of it, as for mitsumoto he could have ended it a while back but added Keine in a most cynical manner I have no idea how this will end, but bad end is definately possible.
Well, in that filler comic he did a while back he did tell the Yama that he wanted to give Mystia and Mokou a happy ending before he died. Just saying.

The one thing I don't like about this comic is how Mokou who is centuries old, somehow doesn't understand anything about love, and is confused like a typical japanese manga schoolgirl
Well there is the train of thought that until Mokou met Keine she stayed away from others so that could be one reason, also it is appealing to some(me), don't think to hard
It looks like mitsumoto has let Keine decide to let Mokou pick whatever option she has. If mitsumoto really means what he says, he could go with the straight route, but that's a little too boring too. I think both options are possible, it would go something like:
Mokou thinks hard and picks bad end, Keine likes it, word of it gets out (most likely to Marisa), Mystia and some friends make a desperate attempt to stop Mokou at the last minute. (I can actually see two alternate endings at this point)
Moukou decides the good end, some comic relief sets in for Mokou trying to confess her feelings, Keine tries to help Moukou but at the same time secretly help herself to gain Mokou's attention. Mokou is perplexed by finding feelings for Keine and has to take the 'ultimate decision between' the two. (I was thinking Keine would have wanted to erase the history is Moukou wanted to confess, but I don't think mitsumoto made Keine that evil?)
This is all just speculation of course so it'd be interesting to see if mitsumoto will come up with any more interesting plot twists and whatnot.
Well, the story has been dragged out rather long already. The problem again like with all other romance stories pretty much is closure. Once the "confessions" are out this story is pretty much over, so unless he wants to end it he can only drag it out by events like what are currently happening.
Oh man, I´m just happy to see mitsumoto didn´t die somewhere (again) and kept working on my favorite soup opera in Gensokyo! So Mokou-tan, go confess, damnit!
I really hope this goes for the good ending. Then again, Keine would have enough room to ruin the relationship later if she wanted to...like interrupting the wedding or something...hopefully not! I want to see them happily married with their Parsee!baby :3 (they can name her after auntie Keine, then bad end follows Xb).

Oh, well its not that bad, I occasionally look at what I'm typing, but for the most part I can't get used to the 'watch-the-monitor-while-typing' process on this laptop keyboard. For some reason I just can't, not unless it's a normal old-fashioned keyboard, you know, with the buttons all big and sticking a mile out of the board.
Pronunciation is also an issue of mine. Even though I know it's 'Mokou' I end up making the sound of the 'ou' with the first 'o' and my fingers just follow what I'm thinking, I guess. It was all unconsciously done, but yeah, I usually don't bother as long as I know I made some sense because I do watch my typing, and then check the screen when I think I had typed something wrong. I should stop yapping now, way too off topic now.
Mystie has her heart broken after seeing Mokou kissed by Keine. She would no longer have that puppy-love toward Mokou. However, after tonight event, just after Mokou has decided to declare her love to Mystie, she gave cold shoulder.
Then, this time, it is Mokou who shall chase Mystie to steal back her heart.
I guess I'm not alone in seeing a twisted dagger in her last words here... Keine could still very well be against Mystia and Mokou's happiness together...
Indeed, Mystia, emotionally wrecked, may choose the easy way out and offer herself up to Yuyuko. Mokou, devastated by the loss of Myschi will have no place left to turn and in the end Keine will re-write Mokou's infatuation with our lovable walking fried chicken and step in that gap created herself.
