I was working off the assumption that the skeletal find was more recent than that, but yeah, that works too.

Easy solutions to this: Ask Yuyuko to allow her to visit Marisa in the underworld.
Ask Shinki to resurrect Marisa. She is the Goddess of her realm and as so can make anything.
