Can a single post be translated with multiple languages? I looked around and couldn't find any that did.

If you're talking about Notes, aside from just filling a text box with multiple translations, no, they're only meant to have one. Danbooru is an English speaking website, we translate things to English.

Hard translated images are generally discouraged, and we're not really looking to be a multilingual translation repository, so hard translations into languages other than English are even less desirable for us.
