Ammy don't give a shit about rules of danmaku and such, so Reimu doesn't stand a chance. And even if she does play danmaku, the brush works will counter it easily.

Ammy is going to need a lot of inkfinity stone though to survive gensyoko in that manner though.

Reimu is a Miko, couldn't Amaterasu just command her to forfeit as a major Shinto Deity ?
