I think she is supposed to be Kurumi Imari from Shin Bible Black. Same outfit, hairstyle etc. when you compare with post #512331 post #512323 except the artist sucks. I can't read moonrunes and don't know how to use pixiv to see if the artist tagged it as original, so I'm leaving the tag as it is.
