I think the level above extra is Phantasm, like Yukari. So this would be Phantasm Flandre or P-Flandre? Something like that.

Well unlike some other crazy (but extremely badass) EX concepts, this is more realistic. Although seeing Patchy as a book golem or Yukari as a twisted fusion of her, her portals, and her pets, is awesome to all ends, EX bosses tend to not be so excentricly awesome.

This EX EX Flandre~ having just 3x the wings, and dual weilding is still appropriet.

Now... pardon me while I resume squealing in extreme joy~
