Not much to translate here. On the right you see "a... gu" and the left is "kaha...." Just the normal sounds you would make when an evil plant starts to rape you ;) The sounds being made are that of creaking vines.

Konoha's plant arcana, Moriomoto, has a super move where it entangles its opponents in vines, and starts draining their health to the arcana's user (which may not be necessarily Konoha, and this arcana is useful enough to other characters as well). Mashing buttons make this move last longer and drain more hp.
