I'd say Ikaros and Sohara would be tied, here at least, but Ikaros's breasts are not the same as Sohara's.

nah, from the front view they look the same size but from the side Ikaros is slightly larger, she wins thumbs up.

Sohara is the biggest as to this day, they're still growing. Also, Mikako's height confuses me. She's the tallest in the bottom two images, but in the top one, she's the same height.

Nymph is not amused... lol...

I think Mikako is supposed to be the same height as Eishiro. Why she looks taller in the last two might just be because of a weird angle.
