Biased or unbiased, it's definitely true her hair is better in the original. For her outfit, I like all of them, including her in her Team Rocket outfit
I always personally like to think that her new outfit was just her casual wear and her old outfit was her Gym Uniform, but she got called in on her day off because some kid that was taking the pokemon scene by storm was sighted in her city and she didn't have the time to change back into her Gym Uniform

I hope so. I do like it when characters have multiple outfits and styles, and changes them periodically. If she switched between the two styles then I would have no complaints. After all, even Sabrina/Natsume must have a casual side.
