There are such things as male Gardevoirs. You get Gallade by using a stone on a male Kirlia.

Please, let's just all realize male Gardevoirs are a myth, and that any trainer of a male Kirlia must, for the sake of my sanctity, use a stone to evolve it into a Gallade (before level 30; if you don't , your Kirlia dies, and you don't want to subject him (him) to a painful, grueling death, do you?).
