As far as i know, the only diference between male and female bone estructure is in the form of the hips, so we'll never trully know.

There are actually several differences between male and female skeletons. In addition to the shape of the pelvis and tailbone, there's less known signs like the shape of some of the bones in the arm, and the fact that females tend to have slightly square eyesockets (that look a bit like D's) while males' eyesockets are more round. There's probably more differences that I can't remember.
And knowing is half the battle.
