Flan no. With regards to Meiling, you can't say that with a straight face.
Also one of the best reason for at least Flan to move on is the fact she has not yet really shown any inner strength. Unless the author is working the anti-hero angle for her, a defeat for her here would be lacking.

if sanae goes for that rolling pin she tried at the beginning she's screwed, because to show flan's growth it's almost certain she'd break out of it, alternately what Kwerki said is true too, Flan is just not showing anything interesting to make me think she'd be in another fight
