I'd assume it's a Demon Alice, instead of a Youkai Alice, considering she seems to be taking after Shinki with the whole white hair thing.

Uhh, question:
Character tags are green, right? Just wondering, but why are tags like alice_margatroid_(young), kirisame_marisa_(classic), and hakurei_reimu_(classic) all blue tags? That just never made sense to me... They are still characters, just younger.

Because alice_margatroid_(young) implies alice_margatroid. If there don't happen to be multiple Alices in the images the, alice_margatroid chartags:2 means any Alice (normal or young) + another character.
