the are only 3 "normal" people in the shichibukai, which are croc, hancock, and Mihawk, Doflamingo like above 2 meter's tall (most of the time he walks while bending his knees and even then hes taller then the people around him) and blackbeard has a large body but small legs.

Hancock is well over 2 meters too...Luffy is of normal heigh and she completely dwarfes him. Just being "somewhat taller than the regular height" does not make a One Piece character "abnormal". Most characters get "abnormal" enough (Moria/Kuma/etc) to be called that though.

Also, Snakepimp wut?! Croc is one sexy mafioso. He should be up there with the three of them!

It was mentioned (interview with Oda I think) that humans in One Piece can grow to be crazy tall (Doflo, Blackbeard, Kuma, Hancock).

I threw away the reasoning of people's mass in the first episode of OP. With Alvida being crazy ass big as she was, It took Whitebeard to come on stage to phaze me. XD kua ha ha ha!
