So what? Mokou doesn't have to die to get to Hakugyokurou. No one does anymore, the boundary is almost laughably weak now, and it doesn't look like Yukari is going to fix it anytime soon.

Actually, it's likely Yukari portaled them into Hakugyokurou. Mokou simply can't enter normally. Yukari + Portals = anything goes.
