Well, not the official one. The official Pro Controller has circular Start/Select buttons - the ones depicted here are more reminiscent of SNES Start/Select buttons: thin dashes. I also don't see the Screenshot/Home buttons my wife always hits on accident on this controller.
All we can say for sure is that it's a controller, likely third-party, and that it's paired with the Switch. No reason to believe it's incompatible based on all the context clues in the scenario here.
