    Well, Remilia has to understand. Both she and Flandre are ultimately lolis, and I don't think that anyone in their right mind will request for the risk of being caught. That narrows out to only Sakuya, Patchouli and Meiling.

    But we all know how devoted Sakuya is to her mistress, so no one will bother to win her heart. And not everyone likes an otaku even in Japan, especially one with health problem. Which leaves Meiling as the only suitable candidate...
