Looks like an older picture of his. Note the POINTY CHIN THAT PLAGUES ALL OF HIS DRAWINGS

Pointy chin is an anatomical decision, not really a stylistic one. Kagami's older work is more "cel-shaded" (I hate that term but can't think of a more descriptive phrase) as evidenced by post #78580.

The more I look at it, the more I see the similarities, so I was wrong about this looking "nothing like his art style," but it seems more like an imitation than the real deal. Sort of like how there are ten million Tony Taka clones crawling around now.
