If i recall correctly there was a "Touhou kid" thats here on Danbooru, which states Kogasa got her eyes from Yuka and Yukari. It's probably not in the touhou kids pool though since it wasnt making up a new character.

Kogasa is the offspring of Yuuka and Yukari's UMBRELLAS.

(Yuuka's umbrella is obviously the father, hence the "odd" look.)
