The "logical" continuation of the set of T-80BVM, 96K6 Pantsir-S1, and Ka-52 is only a variant of the Su-25. Speaking of the actual Soviet/Russian Armed Forces, it may be a fighter-bomber Su-7/Su-17 or a assault aircraft Su-25, not even fighter-bomber MiG-27.
Firstly, Su-7/Su-17 and MiG-23B/MiG-27 are fighter-bombers which indicates that they form a Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment, subordinate to an Fighter-Bomber Aviation Division, then an Air Army, of the Frontal Aviation of the Air Force (VVS) of the Armed Forces.
