I'm really confused here. So was it Youmu that torn Reisen's clothes or Myon in Youmu's form?

Reisen was just too close to Youmu when she kicked the barrier of, uh, I think sound isn't close enough... well, she moved so quickly the sonicboom shred Reisen's clothes

Well, at least Youmu can expect a gift basket from Eirin. Finally got Reisen into the gym uniform. :)

Neither are locked up, they are just sitting in a shaded alcove of the building - you can see they are still outside in panel 3.
