If this is official art, that would make the upcoming game +18 in China I believe, since it is NSFW. Japan as well, and a potential international release usually is based on JP version, and will also be +18 to accommodate for all countries including ones that does not allow nudity.
My point being that +18 games on mobile phones will not be financially viable due to these restrictions.
