I think it's a homage/parody the opening scene of the movie, where a bunch of students practice synchronized kungfu or stuff like that.

I just went through them all as well...and I cannot see Medicine Melancholy in the mix there. I can spot all the rest in the tag, and it's not too difficult by footwear/dress.
