Google translate would've told you that the op who posted the pic was the artist. You also could've just clicked their username and saw their other works.
Edit: turns out ㅇㅇ is the equivalent of anonymous. I guess we can just tag this as drawfag then since they didn't leave a pixiv or a twitter

i had tried iqdb google sauce nao ascii2d ehentai yandex bing. Ascii2d guided me to the Korean website that added in the below, and google gave me web pages in another Korean website. That's all i' ve got in last few days 😢. And i failed to found any one who mentioned the artist or pixiv Id or else.

Well, that explains a lot. I tried reverse image searches and came up with the same results. That's the reason for my little outburst above.
