Combination of 特定外来生物 (tokutei gairai seibutsu; lit. "specified alien species"), regulated species under the Invasive Alien Species Act in Japan, and -棲鬼 (-seiki, lit. "-dwelling oni"), the suffix for some abyssal ships such as 泊地棲鬼 (Anchorage Oni)
