Sometimes when you're wearing a oversized uniform. （borrowed or got a wrong size）The artist himself used to serve in the PLA, so this must be based on the real situations.

Some of my resourceful fellow noncoms during our CAT days back in highschool would buy an extra pair of elastic bands used to blouse the trousers put that on the sleeves. It surprisingly worked.
