I don't know BA lore, can you explain the connection with the girls?
I am not super familiar with their lore either, but I know one of the events at their school (which is Soviet Russia themed) does have the girl with Prigozhin (Marina) serving as the right-hand man of the girl with Putin (Cherino). Cherino being the head that oversees the school, though she's lazy and makes tons of self-centered and childish decisions. Marina ends up accidentally violating one of their rules despite being the head enforcer of said rules, so instead of willing to be punished, she instead holds a coup to overthrow Cherino to avoid punishment. The event ends with you helping Cherino instigate another coup to retake leadership.

The girls are from Red Winter Federal Academy, which is pretty obviously inspired by Soviet Russia. Marina (next to Prigozhin) is a security chief who claims to have organized a successful coup in the past, even though she's a flighty girl who's scared of cats. Cherino (next to Putin) is pretty much a kindergarten-age Stalin; she threatens to purge (yes, that's the actual word she uses) anyone who pisses her off, and insists that she's almost six feet tall and her mustache is real.

Just to clarify. The use of "Purge" in the sense of Red Winter, is exiling the offender to the old school, which is run down, has no electricity, no food and you're pretty much left to rot, like a gulag.
There have been numerous attempts by the purged to be reintegrated (since Chirio does it on a whim for very childish reasons) but her direct adviser, Tomoe always destroys missives or distracts Chirino away from the notion of forgiveness.
