Don't see why the last panel would parody anything. Random nasty youkai attacks the mansion, King Slime defends it.

She looks more like the mother of the couple to me...

Last panel has the Magician from Dragon Quest I making a cameo. Which is kind of funny, since King Slime came later in that series.

Now I want a focus on the Kirisame-Hakurei family...a girl can dream.

Nope Marisa is the father, as mentioned in the previous chapters. Also ideally, it would be the mother who would beat up the dad if he messsed up or was acting up, not the other way around or else that'd be domestic abuse :P
