    軽巡洋艦　四万十
    重桜所属の特別計画艦、偉い偉い龍神さま。
    人懐っこくてフレンドリーで、戦い以外では威厳もさほど感じない。
    供物におやつを捧げれば大体のこと―――おしゃべりから雨を降らすまで――を聞いてくれるようだ。

    次回メンテ後、特別計画艦が新規実装予定！

    well if the fact they design the rigging as a background could mean something it probably is that they can literally change the rigging depending on what they want to release, same case with HMS Emerald.
