You’ve not been hibernating, Lily.

Another dialogue-heavy comic. I'll do my best to translate.

Lily is scared that she is mixed with Kyouko and that it is too late. Dormy tells her that she is wrong.

Lily says she wants to continue to live in her dream, but Dromedary warns her that if she doesn't wake up, she will starve.

Doory takes out her trumpet to wake Lily and Kyouko up.

Slow-brained Lily finally realises what she was told in panel 2 and thinks that because she overslept, Perfect Cherry Blossom will happen again, before Do-re-mi-fa-sol-la-si tells her that she is not hibernating.

At least I think this is what's happening, this one is very confusing.

I think the main point here is that Lily refuses to wake up. So that Lily - Doremy exchange would sound something like:

Panel 1: Is there nothing I can do - Nope
Panel 2: But I want to keep eating delicious foods - You'll die in real life
Panel 3: (Doremy takes out the big gun)
Panel 4: I know how about letting me sleep until winter ends/spring starts? - You're not some kind of hibernating animal, you know?

Yes but Remifa Bitter is a Baku, they can do that. And they eat whole dreams, not dream figments of fruit. I don’t think orchid orange can survive off dream fruit.

Is the Pianist a Bear? Maybe. But Lily, you are not.

If Doremy's gonna wake them up with that trumpet, won't that make their souls change bodies, as they were afraid a few pages ago?

There was a time when Lily *did* hibernate all winter. But she gave that up to spend more time with Kyouko.
