Motherly character in Gensokyo is always warm and new. Koakuma, Okuu, Mima, Yukari... All of them are so... cute when they are motherly.

I say cute because I want to keep them safe from all injury. I don't know if "cute" is really the best word.
I though the good word was "moé", but I heard this one has sexual implications.

Moé isn't necessarily always sexual; it's supposedly a generally uplifting feeling (hence the name "moé" meaning something along the lines a fiery bloom or burst), possibly one of ecstasy but not necessarily in a sexual sense. It could possibly be thought of as a heart-warming sensation, but one that was directed at a particular character(s), but that may be over simplifying.

Whatever the case, I for one think the term works perfectly here...
