Just because something looks similar to or somehow reminds you of something else in another way doesn't always make it a clone, especially if done well or subtly. Remember, there is nothing new under the sun, something is always based off of something else in some aspects, ideas will be reused and rearranged until the end of time because of the near-limitless possibilities different combinations and approaches can provide and all that stuff.
So, yeah, you or anyone saying Yuri is a 100% Haruhi rip-off is just poor ration, mate.
