not quite. the Powerthirst ad came first (first one, dunno if the second one came before it as well), then the production company for the movie Idiocracy hired him to do the Brawndo commercial (which is a product in that movie)

It is in fact a real drink, however the ads came first. Brawndo was from Idiocracy, but was later turned in a real drink too and uses commercials inspired from POWERTHIRST.
Someone seriously needs to make Yuuka/Brawndo crossover.
Freakin sweet! Best comic in littleshrimp's line! BTW, there is a 3rd Powerthirst advertisement. Also Power Thirst is now an actualy product. Thing is though it's a powder and all you have to add is water...or soda if your a god damn freak.
This is one of the worst things I've ever read. The entire thing is derivative of another equally bad thing. There is no originality in this comic at all. The only reason I can gather why people actually like is this because it's characters from Touhou doing cute things. Complete garbage. I'm sorry if this offends you.

Those UFO drinks kinda take me back, to when I went to the fair and they had juices in weird bottles. I haven't gone to one in a long time. I'm kinda thirsty now.
