Not sure what to make of the last sentence. しばく seems to be a Kansai-ben word for "to hit", so the sentence would translate as, "I'd do nothing but hit." This would seem to lend itself to the translation of "I'd hit that," except しばく means "hit" in the literal sense. If it includes any figurative meaning along the lines of "I'd hit that," I can't find any examples.
