Hmmm... I know it wouldn't be a literal translation, but "You're exaggerating " would work out?

始まりすぎ has a connection with the meme "人生ハジマタ＼(^o^)／ (My life has started)"

When translating that sentence, I think it would become something similar to "Your train of thought was too astounding or confused, (so it was very hard to believe)"

perhaps ironically enough to Momiji's reasoning, Yasha(夜叉) by itself means "FEMALE demon"
