Shinra x Celty indeed is the best, better than most relationships in games & other animes, but I wouldn't say no to Shizuo x Celty. I think the director even intentionally put a scene for Shizuo x Celty on episode 15 when he's bouncing on her bike, lol!

I also think so about that scene.xD
