Tewi's not OMA material, for much the same reason that Suwako, Kaguya, and Mokou aren't, despite being old enough.

Being an Old Maid isn't about age, it's about appearance and demeanor. Tewi's old, but she looks like a kid and acts young. She lacks the gravitas that Yukari, Yuyuko, Erin, and Kanako have.

Mima might qualify, though.

Of course Mima qualifies. Mima, Yuuka, and Shinki are the original old maids. Shinki's the one who's really needs to be a part of this. She's got dirt on Alice, as well as everyone in Makai.
